Concessionaire Rules
Scottville Harvest Festival ● September 16-18, 2010
Exact dates and times are as follows:
Friday September 17, 2010 12:00 noon – 9:00 pm
Saturday September 18, 2010 12:00 noon – 9:00 pm
- The Ludington & Scottville Area Chamber of Commerce shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for the theft, damage, or destruction of any equipment and/or materials occurring at the Harvest Festival.
- Concessionaire must meet all Mason County Health Department requirements and be licensed and approved.
- Placement of booths will be at the discretion of the Chamber.
- Assignment/Subletting: Concessionaire shall not be entitled to assign or sublet this agreement without prior written consent of the Ludington & Scottville Area Chamber of Commerce.
- Rules and Regulations: Concessionaire acknowledges that he/she has been informed of all applicable rules and regulations for the Harvest Festival and agrees to abide by them.
- Signs must not obstruct foot traffic.
- In the event the Concessionaire violates any terms of this Agreement, the Ludington & Scottville Area Chamber of Commerce may terminate the Agreement.
- Concessionaire agrees to keep area around his/her concessional clean and clear of garbage. Barrels and dumpsters will be provided.
- There is limited electrical service available on-site. Please note on the application if you have electrical needs.
